Fencing Guidelines

Homeowners may replace old fences with “Board-on-Board”, “Shadow Box”, and “Stockade”styles, in wood or Vinyl. Homeowners must get approval from Board before putting up a new fence or replacing an existing fence. Please fill out the Property Modification Request Form and submit it to a board member.

No fencing, walls, structures, or gardens permitted in the front of the residence.

If homeowner is not in compliance, a fine up to $100.00 a day can be imposed by the Fining Committee.



CCR’s – ARTICLE VII Architectural Control And Nuisances

Section 1
No building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be commenced, erected, or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made (except for the initial constructions by the Declarant) until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural committee composed of three (3) or more representatives appointed by the Board.

In the event said Board, or its designated committee, fails to approve or disapprove such design and location within sixty (60) days after said plans and specifications have been submitted to it, approval will not be required and this Article will be deemed to have been fully complied with. No fences, walls, or other above-ground structures, no gardens or commercial signs (except “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs) shall ever be allowed or permitted to remain in or on any Lot in the front yard area between the front of the residence and the applicable street curb or pavement.
