Household Garbage is picked up every Wednesday.
Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.
Yard Waste is picked up every Tuesday.
Garbage Cans should not be put out before 5:00pm on Tuesday and should be put away before 6:00pm on Wednesday.
Garbage cans should not be seen from the road, so please put in garage or back yards.
If homeowner is not in compliance, a fine up to $100.00 a day can be imposed by the Fining Committee.
CCR’s Article VII – Architectural Control and Nuisances
Section 6 – Personal conduct, parking, trash, garbage cans
No illegal, noxious, or offensive activity shall be permitted or carried on on any part of said land, no wrecked or abandoned motor vehicles shall be permitted anywhere within said Properties and all permitted vehicles shall be parked only in approved areas on the streets or on paved driveways and not so parked as to block any other Owner’s driveway, nor shall anything be permitted or done anywhere within said Properties which is or may become a nuisance or a source of embarrassment, discomfort, or annoyance to the neighborhood. No trash, garbage, rubbish, debris, waste material, or other refuse shall be deposited or allowed to accumulate or remain on any part of said land, nor upon any land or lands contiguous hereto, and garbage cans shall be kept in the residences or in garages at all times other than on appointed garbage collection days.
